Ms. Duffy has been President of Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT) since 2022 and a Managing Trustee and its Chief Executive Officer since 2026. She is also an Executive Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and a member of the RMR Management Committee. Ms. Duffy is also a Managing Trustee, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Office Properties Income Trust. She is responsible for leasing, asset and property management for all office, industrial and retail properties managed by RMR. Prior to joining RMR in 2006, Ms. Duffy worked at Spaulding & Slye. She is a member of Nareit’s Advisory Board of Governors. Ms. Duffy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP).
